How SymphonyAI Sensa uses and protects personal information

Server log files. The provider of the Website automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in “server log files.” Our legitimate interest in processing this data is to ensure unimpeded and trouble-free access to our Website.

In the context of SymphonyAI Sensa providing support to a user of the Software and Services, the user is responsible for ensuring that no Personal Data is visible if SymphonyAI Sensa remotely logs in to the user’s computer. Information Collected Automatically. Additionally, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you our Software and Services and we also may continue to retain backup or archival copies of your information made in the normal course of business. SymphonyAI Sensa will take reasonable steps to ensure that data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.
